How do I know when a tender is open?
Go Tenders is a fast and easy way for you to register your interest in Procurement Australia tenders and also for downloading tender specifications.
To register your company's interest, follow these simple steps:
- Go to Go Tenders and select "Sign-Up".
- Complete all personal data required on this screen and click "save".
- An acknowledgement email will be sent to you confirming your login details. Remember to save these details to make it easier for you to login when you need to!
- Return to Go Tenders and select "logon". Enter your username, password and short name.
- Once you are logged in, select "Profile".
- Under "Assigned Categories", select the contract/s you are interested in.
You will now be notified when a tender is open.
Tender Advertisements
In addition to Go Tenders' notifications, advertisements inviting tenders appear in the following newspapers:

How to obtain tender documentation
As a download:
Register with Go Tenders to download Tender specifications.
Fee: $80 GST inclusive, Visa and Mastercard accepted.
As a hard copy:
Tender specifications are available from all Procurement Australia offices.
Fee: $100 GST inclusive, cheque or cash only.
